HOW WE WORK

A precise path from requirement to delivery.

Seven disciplined steps. Each one produces records, decisions, and visibility — so nothing about your hardware is informal.

THE WORKFLOW

Every step leaves a record.

Programs fail in the gaps between suppliers, engineering, and quality. Aevran's workflow closes those gaps with defined handoffs and documented decisions.

  1. 01

    Requirement Definition

We start with the technical need: drawings, specifications, quantities, quality clauses, and delivery expectations are captured and clarified before any sourcing begins.

  2. 02

    Sourcing

Requirements are matched against our developing network of U.S., nearshore, and appropriate international manufacturing partners, with U.S.-based oversight throughout.

  3. 03

    Technical Review

Engineering review confirms manufacturability, identifies risks and ambiguities, and resolves technical questions between the customer and the production source.

  4. 04

    Supplier Coordination

Selected partners are qualified and briefed on the requirement, with quality, configuration, and documentation expectations flowed down in writing.

  5. 05

    Quality & Documentation Control

Quality plans, inspection criteria, and data-package requirements are established and tracked so objective evidence is generated alongside the hardware.

  6. 06

    Inspection & Testing

Inspection and test activities are coordinated as applicable to program requirements — first article, in-process, final, and functional verification.

  7. 07

    Delivery

Hardware, certifications, and documentation are delivered together, with configuration and traceability records intact and program communication maintained through receipt.

Coordinate the path to delivery.

Bring us the requirement and we will map it to this workflow — sourcing, review, quality, documentation, and delivery scoped to your program.
